The Bill
Mediation is billed by the hour. In most cases the hours are billed every week and bills are settled within two weeks. In some cases we can agree on billing per month.
Family mediation
Є 145,- excl. VAT.
Mediation meetings are held at your home address. It is possible to plan the meetings at a more neutral location. The cost for this location is not included in the hourly rate. These costs will be billed to you also.
Business mediation / Workplace mediation
Є 165,- excl. VAT.
Mediation meetings are held at your office address. It is possible to plan the meetings at a more neutral location. The cost for this location is not included in the hourly rate. These costs will be billed to you also.
Which hours are charged?

Cost for family mediation or divorce are usually divided equally, any other agreements on cost are possible and will be documented formally.
Workplace mediation costs are usually paid for by the employer. Disputes between different companies (business mediation), the costs are shared between the parties.
Depending on the type of mediation and the dispute, the number of hours spent on mediation is on average six to ten hours.

Insurance?
Are you insured for legal expenses? Mediation is covered by most legal insurance policies. In some cases there may be a waiting period, please check this carefully.
Expert advice?
In some cases, especially in divorce mediation, a situation may be so complex that it is wise to consult an expert. Consider, for example, a tax expert, a notary or child psychologist. In these cases, where necessary, I am present at these appointments at a
€ 0 rate.
The costs for deploying the expert are not included in my hourly rate.
