Approach
The process for workplace mediation does not differ much from other forms of mediation. In several sessions we do a deep dive into the background of the dispute, the current situation and we look for possible solutions that both parties can agree to. Of course, the agreements must comply with Dutch law, besides that you are free to agree to what you like. The agreed will be formalized by documentation in an agreement signed by both parties.
